is that he talks about specific details.. and I know MS people like to hear things about specific details... whenever I comment, they snap back... "what specific things you don't like.?"
However the problems come from another more fundamental level. I don't want to lose time talking about such small details when whole concepts are wrong in the first place! So when I tell them I dont WANT to send in specific small bugs because you have to change other things first, then dont get it. When I tell them those more fundemental changes they reply its too late for that, do you have any bugs to report?
I am sure many people send in feedback in earlier stages, but I believe they did not WANT feedback at first. Then only wanted debuggers. But is seems that MS insists on dancing its own way and producing a FrankenWin edition!
( Thats the reason the progress bar is green. Frankenstein has a green complexion) :-)

You wrote a lot of words but seemed to say very little.
At this stage of the beta, it is the small things Microsoft is focussing on. The time for major changes or improvement suggestions has passed. Vista was declared feature complete a few months ago so no major items will be changed after that time.
Now is the time to fix what is already here. Things that will improve what is already here such as something that will increase performance etc.
If you can not submit within the parameters Microsoft wants, perhaps you should save your ideas for the released product and then submit them as product suggestions as you can any Microsoft product.
